I'm a little late in writing the review, but I didn't realize he had a profile on here until doing some searching today. Josh was great to work with. He probably went to 50 houses with my wife and I over the course of a month before we found the right home. We weren't high dollar buyers either, our house was well under $100,000, but he still treated us with respect, never complained, and did everything he could to help us. If you're looking for someone to help you buy a home I don't think you could do much better.
