Don't let his age fool you, he is extremely sharp and knows all the ins and outs from beginning the process all the way to closing. My experience with Lucas G listing and selling my cabin in the UP was A+. Lucas is very knowledgeable about the Central and West UP and I think that this "home town" perspective really brought a lot to the process. Lucas always responded quickly to any concerns and questions I had. His photos of my place really showed its assets and his description was accurate and positive without being hyperbolic. When it came to the paperwork, Lucas made sure I understood what I was signing and answered all my questions.
