My experience with Lucas G listing and selling my cabin in the UP was A+. Lucas is very knowledgeable about the Central and West UP and I think that this "home town" perspective really brought a lot to the process. Lucas always responded quickly to any concerns and questions I had. His photos of my place really showed its assets and his description was accurate and positive without being hyperbolic. When it came to the paperwork, Lucas made sure I understood what I was signing and answered all my questions. He helped me through the some stressful back and forth with the buyers, and ultimately got me the best deal I could get in a reasonable time frame. Closing was a breeze - all done virtually and electronically as I lived 5 hours away. Overall I would highly recommend Lucas to help you sell or buy real estate.
