This sale was during the current COVID outbreak, and on top of that, I live out of state. Luly had to be my ?boots on the ground? in Asheville during this transaction. She literally handled everything on her end, including coordinating all home repair contractor jobs. This made it a hands-off, worry-free transaction on my end. She greatly exceeded my expectations throughout the process. Her system with 72 Sold created a competitive bidding war for my house and increased demand. She has her hand on the pulse of the market and told me my house would most likely go under contract within days of listing. She was absolutely right!
