I needed to help my elderly father find a house but I live out of state and in a different time zone. Thankfully I found David. He went above and beyond and was super patient with my dad and myself. He worked to find the perfect property for our needs. He encouraged us to pass on homes that were not a perfect fit and when we finally found a great home for our needs he helped us navigate and negotiate the offer process on a super hot property with multiple offers to ensure we won the contract. I had been trying to sell my property since 2018 and listed it at least twice before got into an agreement with Louis but couldnt sale it. Louis and his team guided me whole process including how to set a right price , explained if there is anything I need to do before list in market.
