Louis Goletto came to my door one day. I don't usually talk to people who come to the door but I had been thinking about selling. He was very kind and sweet and smart. Very friendly and always there when I needed encouragement or advice. This was the smoothest and fastest house I've ever sold. I could not believe how he and his partner went way out of their way to make things happen. From the photo shoot where they came over and took out unnecessary furniture and put it in the garage. They came over the day of the first open house and helped with the house. Making it look great! Who does that? I highly recommend Louis and his team. Everything was just like clockwork. There was a lot of support from the company employees. Of course the buyers were a big part of making things move smoothly. I can't say enough kind things about Louis. Not a salesman. He really cares. At the first open house the power went out all day and all night and it was hot and miserable. They came and worked in my very hot and dark open house for the entire day. Such dedication and work ethic is not common. Thank you Louis for everything! I've sold alot of my personal homes and none was ever this organized and well run from beginning to end. Oh I should say my house was sold in a very short time.. less than two weeks. Yay! Had two offers and Louis guided me through the San Diego real estate process. I feel so lucky and happy that I met Louis Goletto and I highly recommend him!!!

Louis really is the best and I cant recommend him Louis is the best. He really is and we know that because weve been working with him off and on for 3 years to buy a home in a really tough market. Hes not pushy at all, even when wed been looking at houses every weekend for 3 months straight. Hes incredibly responsive to texts, phone calls, and emails and always made time for us to see houses. Not only does he accompany you to all the viewings, but when it was time to do inspections, he hangs around at the house for hours on end while all of the inspections are completed. I'm not just referring to the general home inspection; he met all of the inspectors (sewer, roof, electrical, termite) at the house and hung around for hours while they worked so we didnt have to. On a couple of occasions, we got back some really bleak inspection reports and wanted to pull out of the deal. A lot of realtors wouldve pushed back against our wishes, especially after having spent months up to this point working with us, but not Louis. He understood where we were coming from and even spoke up when he didnt feel like the sellers were being honest with us, knowing full well wed have to start the search process over again. I really cant stress enough how great it is to work with Louis. Buying a home is a huge purchase and an important life event and Louis made us feel comfortable the entire time, never pushing us toward a home or contract we didnt feel good about. I cant recommend him enough.DISCLAIMER: To be clear, it didnt take us months to find a home because of anything to do with Louis. Were picky by nature and we also found it hard to put forth a compelling offer in a market where a lot of buyers were paying in cash and/or waiving the appraisal, which is not something we could afford to do.
