I live in So. CA. - property in Madera......Lou did an excellent job closing my property sale. Initial sale fell thru......Lou persisted and second offer competed on short escrow close. His due diligence to detail and closing date was key to the sale. It was a real treasure to have a realtor that responds to texts, that can negotiate, be proactive and took the time to explain the process every step of the way.
