She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and is a great negotiator. Shes quick to respond to questions and concerns (even text back quickly while she was on vacation), uses electronic signature programs (no need to meet in person for every little contract revision), and is a genuinely kind person. Home buying is stressful, but Lorre made it as painless as possible. If we buy/sell again in the future, we will most definitely use Lorre for all of our real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIEDWhen I asked her agent over messenger if the property was clean and if the pictures shown were a true representation of the listing I was told that the agent( Ms Wilson I suppose) denied my application. However, I had never filled one out for this particular company. When I asked how or why I was denied, I never got an answer. I was just wished luck on my housing search. So, be wise.....the problem is not with her, I suppose, but with the actual listing 'agents'.....whatever....there is still an issue with how information is distributed throughout the entire rental marketplace system and how it is now operating......figure it out on your own.....

ZillowVERIFIEDIt was very hard to communicate. When the buyers had questions their agent would have to contact me directly because she wouldn't return calls emails or texts.The buyer told me if he didn't absolutely love my home he would have walked away from the deal because of Lorre.
