While most just threw a number out based on what they "thought" the house would sell for, Marc and Lorre researched comps and came with a marketing plan and a price they were confident the house should sell for, and it was substantially more than the other realtors thought. Marc and Lorre are truly a blessing when buying a house. They both do a great job together as a team. I started my house hunting in the beginning of August as first time home buyer. I was working with a different real state agent that made me stop the search because I felt very pushed to buy during this hot market. Lorre had already emailed me and texted me offering their services but because I was working with another real estate agent I did not respond. I asked my lender if I could choose a different realtor and she said yes! She said you will know when the correct realtor is here to help you with the process.
