While most just threw a number out based on what they "thought" the house would sell for, Marc and Lorre researched comps and came with a marketing plan and a price they were confident the house should sell for, and it was substantially more than the other realtors thought. We listed with Marc and Lorre and sold for full asking price in the first week. Had we gone with another realtor we would have left money on the table. It was a complicated sale with buyers selling their home, three realtors and three states involved. Lorre stayed on top of things throughout the process to make sure closing was not delayed.
