If you want an agent who will set you up on a FMLS / MLS search (which sends home criteria matches out automatically via email ) that takes on average 5 minutes of her time, then Lorraine is the agent for you. I told her that I was trying to find a home quickly, and preferred and agent that does not mind working and does not just setup FMLS / MLS searches and thats it!... and what does she do. Setup the search and wait for me to research the homes, area, etc from the search matches. Otherwise you never hear from her. Lazy agents who are just trying to make a quick commission while doing minimal work are not for me. We did have a BUYERs consultation call as I am looking to purchase a home, and I hired her, but I fired her quickly given my aforementioned experience with her.

I interviewed 3 other realtors before selecting Lorraine. She is knowledgeable & was available every time I sent a text or called her. At 75 I hadn't sold a house for 21 years & never on my own. She explained everything thoroughly & was a delight to work with. She was aware how much leaving this house meant to me. Thank you Lorraine for making this stressful journey bearable.

The first contract accepted on my home was a nightmare. The buyers agent and lender were very unprofessional and lacked any courtesy when it came to responding to Stacy about the contract. Stacy kept her professionalism and patience throughout the entire ordeal. Once we were able to move forward and accept a new contract, Stacy was able to negotiate a fair price and we closed within 2 weeks!
