If you want an agent who will set you up on a FMLS / MLS search (which sends home criteria matches out automatically via email ) that takes on average 5 minutes of her time, then Lorraine is the agent for you. I told her that I was trying to find a home quickly, and preferred and agent that does not mind working and does not just setup FMLS / MLS searches and thats it!... and what does she do. Setup the search and wait for me to research the homes, area, etc from the search matches. Otherwise you never hear from her. Lazy agents who are just trying to make a quick commission while doing minimal work are not for me. We did have a BUYERs consultation call as I am looking to purchase a home, and I hired her, but I fired her quickly given my aforementioned experience with her.
