We put in an aggressive offer, though she had recommended more and, as it turned out, was right. After several more unsuccessful offers -- some appropriately less aggressive -- she remained patient and helpful. She respectfully suggested we go in different directions that we had previously not seriously considered. We eventually spent more but found the value and satisfaction to be much better.
