We told Loris what we had in mind for our first house and she helped us look at houses that fit our description best in our price range. As previously mentioned, we moved to Moscow before we purchased a house in Lewiston so I can't speak to her negotiation skills. You do have to be proactive because she will not push you to look at homes, but if you are a serious home buyer then that shouldn't be a problem.
