I entered Real Estate in the year 2000 and I have experienced many different market conditions since that time. I have adapted to and walked my clients through a myriad of changes. My background in the film business imbued me with the flexibility and the ability to do this in a way that no other industry or educational experience could. As a writer and an observer of humans in general, I have adept listening skills. It is extremely important to me that my clients feel the freedom to open up to me and express their truth. Buying or selling a home is a huge, catalytic event in anyone's life and the only way it happens is when all parties are absolutely clear on what they need and what will serve them best in the long-run. Getting to that "aha" moment is truly the joy of this job for me. I love facilitating a process that helps people move their lives forward. It's completely positive and uplifting. Once everyone is clear on what they need I am tireless and dedicated to getting the job done. I have been known to knock on doors and produce inventory and opportunities for clients that didn't seemingly exist otherwise. I have worked extensively with builders on ground-up construction, which has given me a deep understanding how homes work in general. I regularly parlay this knowledge to my clients and I have relationships with an excellent network of professionals who help my clients prepare homes to sell and purchase. In addition to my work life, I am married and have two school-aged children. I have lived through navigating the Los Angeles school system, which is a very particular eco-system unto itself. I succeeded in placing my own children in incredible school environments and I regularly share my strategies and knowledge in this arena. I love working in a business that is all about cultivating and developing relationships and sharing experience and knowledge. And I look forward to doing just that with you.

Lorin and her affiliates are prompt, professional, and personable. My husband and I were looking for a home in LA from the Midwest, and Lorin made the process as smooth as we could have asked. She took into consideration our preferences as we looked for homes, and promptly toured properties that we were interested in. She was honest in her professional appraisal of the homes and neighborhoods she looked at for us, which was extremely important as we could not be physically present to see the houses and neighborhoods ourselves. She was patient as we sifted through the hundreds of homes available in the area we were interested in, and took swift action when we found a home we wanted to put an offer on.
