All of which is even more impressive when you take into account that our budget certainly wasn't as high as some of her other clients. Despite that, she never made us feel like we were on her back burner in terms of her time and attention. Lorie didn't just want to help us find a house; she wanted to help us find the PERFECT house, based on (in our case) a wish list that was very specific and somewhat unusual. Can you imagine making an offer on a house while you're in Mexico City for a wedding? We couldn't either, but with Lorie at the helm back in Santa Barbara, we did it. And thanks to her experience and her cool, calm and collected vibe, it was no big deal. Although it actually WAS a pretty big deal -- because we got the house!
