I have been involved in the Real Estate industry since 2005 and am a lifelong resident of Perry County. My husband, Terry and I have raised 4 children and now proudly have 5 grandchildren! I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, shopping, and of course spending time with my family and my grandkids. My focus is on building lasting business relationships within the community. I believe Perryville and the surrounding areas have a strong sense of community and am proud to be a part of it. Over the past 13 years I have dedicated my life to Real Estate, first as a Sales Agent, and beginning in 2012, as the Broker/Owner of Preferred Realty. Over the years I have attended numerous classes to keep up with the ever changing market and financial aspects of home buying and selling. I strongly believe that education is not only the key to my success, but is also the key to successful real estate transactions for my clients. I have recently completed my GRI and CRS designation and am now working on my CIPS designation which will help in working with overseas clients. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors and Southeast Missouri Board of Realtors. She is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce. I have served on the Southeast Missouri Board of Realtors as secretary, vice president and president.
