She is solution oriented - for example, she noted right away that the house's rooms would show best with overhead lighting, and told me about affordable lighting kits that could be easily retrofitted into the ceiling fans. They worked like a charm. When a couple of issues were revealed during a buyer's inspection, she quickly arranged for a great contractor to fix them.
