I had no clue what I was doing because I have never bought a home but she definitely helped me out and got me the home I love ! After I got the keys and came home to my new home for the first time there was a a gift (grill) with a big red bow on it ! She is so sweet and so helping! All of this while living across the country in Montana. Lori Nettles' expertise and experience in the local market was invaluable time and again - on everything from the best cleaning service option to whom to call for various issues and services. Lori put me in touch with 2 excellent appraisers. She visited the property numerous times for evaluation of water sources, boundary locations, site amenities and less obvious features and details that made this a special property. All of her notes and photos were assembled and posted on the TLC website for the listing, which elicited significant interest and several offers within the first 2 weeks!So, rather than worrying about my father's empty property sitting vacant for months on end in a difficult market period (listed just as the Corona virus was taking off in April of 2020), this property was actively listed, negotiations ensued and a closing consummated by mid-June (despite hold ups from the estate proceedings and lawyers office). Excellent and timely work by Lori and her TLC team made this deal possible. I highly recommend Lori to anyone with real estate needs in Northern New York.
