I would highly recommend Lori Marco, shes very Professional, knowledgeable and very reliable.. she actually should be charging more than 3.75% for her commission fee because shes always on top of everything, she basically does the other realtors jobs for them like she did on mine. If it wasnt for Lori with her expertise I wouldve been in the dark with a lot of things, I would definitely use Lori again and I am referring her to all my friends and family and she sold my North Haven Property quickly. Lori Marko has successfully sold two homes for my family.When my Mom decided to sell her home, I called Lori again. She immediately started the process and got the house listed almost immediately. My Mom is elderly and Lori worked closely with her throughout the entire process. They developed a friendship. Lori spent a lot of her own personal time making sure my Mom was informed and comfortable about the process. This was no easy task. The home itself was older and had issues like any older home. We also had challenges with missing paperwork because of the age of the home. Lori helped us through the issues developed a plan to make the house attractive to buyers without over investing in the updates that the house needed. On her own time, she met contractors and vendors at the house and made sure they did what they were supposed to do. She went well above and beyond expectations sell my Moms house.
