I had some realtors never reply or took upwards to a week or more to answer an email. In a bidding market you need an efficient realtor on your side. I would use Lori 100 times over if I were buying or selling in the future. she knows the area well, and assists you in every step of the way! Honestly don't waste your time just pick Lori from the start.

She worked with the Re/Max office to find as many possible buyers as possible. when a problem or need -to fill oil tank - she let me know right away. when unable to find landscaper she and her husband &son cut and weed whacked the grass at 100 degrees to be sure the sale went through. I was very impressed with Lori's professionalism and attention to detail and her willingness to do work herself.
