The most impressive part is that she always kept our interest as her priority. We worked with several agents before, and sometimes it was unclear whether they were our agents or agents on the other side, because their key motivation was to get the deal done and get the commission. Lori is different -- she always knows whom she represents and acts upon this role. For example, when the buyer asked too much after home inspection, she quickly pushed back, cooling them down so that our best interest was represented. Eventually, our house was sold at a very good price.
