He spent a lot of time talking with us about the current real estate climate and gave us great advice and feedback. Once we were ready to list our home, Derick took the ball and ran with it. From scheduling the photographer, to getting the sign posted in our yard, everything went smoothly. He communicated every step with us, and included us in all of the decision making. Showings were scheduled with ease, and he checked in with us regularly. Not only were we selling, but also moving an hour away. Derick sent new listings to us daily, and traveled to our new city for the showings. Once again, Derick really went above and beyond for us to ensure we were able to get the home we really wanted.
