When we first contacted Lori she provided me with all the information I needed with selling and the fees and at closing her numbers were actually right on point. Although It was months until i listed she kept in contact with me and made sure if there was anything I needed she was there. The prepping of the house was on point with all of her contacts from the photographer who took the pictures to the contractor who did a couple of repairs needed for the buyer. When the house hit the market she kept me updated with all the interest the house was getting and made sure I was comfortable when she had to schedule a viewing. I put my house on the market during the beginning of the national pandemic and she made sure when scheduling views people took the appropriate safety measures like wear a mask, and foot covers. Due to the high demand to view the house she even stayed to make sure people complied with our safety measure request. We had a contract in two days and got more than expected. It was a pleasure to work with her and would recommend her to anyone in the area.
