I welcome the opportunity to work with you as I have with many clients in Fairfield County over the last ten years. I began my career being named "Rookie Of The Year" in 2006, which was an award given to one agent in the company during the year. I have consistently worked with clients earning the "President's Club" for three years from the beginning of my career. The most rewarding honor for me was achieving many "Customer Service" awards while working with my buyers and sellers. I have extensively covered the county and have marketed and sold homes in price ranges from $300,000 to over $3,000,000. Marketing on the internet has revolutionized our industry which directly impacts buyers and sellers. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties's vast internet marketing as well as my involvement with the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties "e-team" gives me an advantage in making sure our listings are visible to a targeted, niche market. I also utilize Facebook, Twitter and social media venues to engage with clients and prospective buyers. This past year, I made a transition to the number one company in the state due to the national and international brand recognition, and their core values. This includes their dedication to client service and their goal of being "The Best Service Provider". This is consistent with the value system I apply in working with my clients. Developing a sense of trust and strong working relationship with my clients is a main focus for me. At Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties, I also have the backing, support and resources to help my clients successfully market their homes, exposing their listing to the widest band of potential buyers. Additionally, I enjoy matching the right homes with buyers searching in Weston, Westport, Wilton, Fairfield, Easton, Redding, Ridgefield and Norwalk. I've lived in Weston over 18 years with my husband and 2 children. I thoroughly enjoy the amenities of Fairfield County. Over the years I've been volunteering for many organizations including the elementary, middle and high school PTO's, a driver for Meals on Wheels, Past President, Treasurer and Membership chair for the Weston Women's League and Board of Trustees for Temple B'nai Chaim in Georgetown. It's my personal commitment to give back to the communities that I have enjoyed over many years.
