About Lori DeSantis

Having grown up in Whittier, with deep personal connections to the community, Lori moved to La Habra in 1992 and has continued her involvement in both cities since then. Her focus on people and relationships make her an excellent negotiator. In 2005 Lori began her real estate career by photographing homes for real estate marketing. This gave her practical insights of the best industry practices for home staging and photo composition. Lori is a full time realtor, and has been serving her clients for over 15 years obtaining her real estate license in 2007. Lori has differentiated herself from competitors by thinking outside the box, and constantly looking for innovative ways to serve her buyers and sellers. Lori keeps up with her growing circle of friends and clients through social media outlets and makes the most of out today's technology. This was our second time selling our home with Lori and she managed to blow us away once again! We were able to buy our new home under a contingency sale which added a layer of complexity and stress. We had to sell our home and buy our new home in parallel, all within 30 days. Lori got right on it, put our house up for sale and sold it the first weekend it was on the market. She also got us top dollar in a turning market and we even ended up closing escrow a week early! Lori held our hand the entire time and reassured us that everything would turn out well and it sure did.
