Lori and Alissa are outstanding! They know their market and are extremely honest, hardworking and responsive. They did a full market study on our home a few years ago and we all came to the conclusion it wasnt the right time to sell. Fast forward a few years and they knew the time was right. Our home sold immediately and they found us our new home all within a few weeks. Through each process, they were always available to answer questions at any time. In addition, they have a wealth of resources in the area as they have both lived in Lake Forest their entire lives. Their knowledge of the market is second to none. They are a fantastic team!

When moving to the Chicago suburbs, we had to find a place without even seeing it. We needed a realtor who could grasp what we wanted without ever meeting us and one that would recommend the best options based on our criteria. Alissa did just that. She went above and beyond searching for places and showing us all of our options. She did virtual tours and gave her input on what she thought we would love. Alissa also thought of every little detail when writing up the contract and made sure that we were getting a fair deal. We mostly looked at new builds, so she made sure that every detail was fine tuned and finished before we committed to buying the home. With Alissa's help, we were able to find the perfect home for us and we really enjoyed working with her in the process. Beyond that, we could not be there at move-in and she went out of her way to help us when the movers arrived. She also met several trades people at the home when we were getting things on order. Alissa made a stressful time a LOT easier for us and we are very thankful to have worked with her. We definitely plan to work with her in the future and would recommend her to anyone we know.

Due to the craziness of 2020, my wife and i jumped head first into buying our first home. We could not have had a better agent guide us through the home buying process.
