We were able to accept an offer of $35,000 over our asking price and because of the 72SOLD Program we were able to keep more of our profits than with the traditional real estate process. Ours was a complicated sale in that three sisters were the recipients of our brother's estate upon his passing. One sister (that would be me) lived out of state further complicating things. Loretta, however, handled everything quite well and went as far as to set up a Zoom call with the three sisters so I could ask questions to my heart's content. She always kept us in the loop about the ongoing sale and when there was a bit of a snafu on the buyer's end, her calm demeanor and command of the situation allowed us to remain calm.
