ZillowVERIFIEDThere are not enough words to express how impressed I was working with Loretta.When my father passed away, I was tasked with selling one of his residential properties in VA. Loretta and I had an initial conversation and I explained that I lived in NC and would need her guidance with selling a home in VA, particularly a home that was part of an estate. Loretta put me at ease within the first sentence saying, "I've done this before and I will not let you down". She did just that and more.There were obstacles. First the previous renters left the home in a condition of disarray. She coordinated and took control of getting the home in a position to be put on the market. There was trash hauling (a lot of it), plumbing needs, an entire house to be repainted, bulbs to be replaced, power washing, sanitation, HVAC repairs, full carpet replacement, lawn care and more. Loretta dealt with obstacle after obstacle and did it all with complete professionalism. If the full time job of renovating the home for sale wasn't enough, she then quickly put the home on the market and had several open houses. She negotiated and secured a buyer and we thought it was time to celebrate. But during the closing process, we learned of an issue with the estate and we were put in a position where the buyers were ready to move in but legally the estate sale could not be completed. Loretta again came to the rescue. She negotiated a rental option for the buyers and I. It was a win-win for us all. She also worked tirelessly with the closing company and outside legal partners of her to find a solution to get us to closing with the estate issue. The entire time, Loretta and I never met. We were 8 hours apart but it felt like she had become a part of my family. She listened to me when I was struggling with handling the estate. She did the research in advance by getting quotes for repairs so that I just needed to say yes or no. She was my life saver. I could NEVER have sold the home without Loretta. I will recommend Loretta to anyone looking for a dependable, honest and VERY responsive agent.
