I cannot say enough nice things about working with the Monarch team. TLDR: definitely work with this group of amazing professionals! I first met Loreli and Lexi 2 years ago while looking at a house through Redfin. She and I stayed in touch for those 2 years and, while we didn't end up purchasing in the state of MO, she was more than happy to still assist when we were ready to sell our house. The entire process was smooth, Loreli was so patient throughout, explaining everything we needed to do to get the house ready. She was very flexible with our timeline and communicated well for the entire process. Lexi was an amazing help when having our home photographed and made sure our house looked perfect! When it came time for the open houses, we received multiple offers and Loreli helped explain each one and what we should consider when accepting an offer. She negotiated for us to get EVERYTHING we could have wanted out of an offer. She even helped coordinate a cleaning service, since I was out of state, so that our house was ready to go for the new owners.

Great team! Everyone was helpful, kind, considerate and patient when I had questions. Thanks for being very supportive when I would get emotional at times. There was a lot going on and things had to happen quickly. I appreciate everyone choosing to be very supportive in helping me to get my property sold quickly at a great value. I was nervous and thought I was going to have to maintain two properties simultaneously. This turned out not to be the case. Thank God! Bill and Loreli were absolutely amazing during our search for a new home. Loreli, specifically, understood what we were looking for and the very special needs our new home needed to address.
