1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Be prepared and have some extra money set aside when you make your offer in case you can't get them to pay all your costs. Also have 2 pre qual letters ready to show you are very qualified. Then I would recommend you go to your lender and get full underwritten. That way when you submit an offer with others you will SHINE above the reset because you are already underwritten.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Have your home clean/ organized and show ready all the time. Have some plug ins that smell good, maybe even make some cookies before a showing. Be gone so the buyers can look around and have a list on the counter of all the upgrades you put in the home. Then you can price your home a little high, but if you offers or a decent amount of traffic in the first 2 weeks make a price reduction. Don't sit to long on your price.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I tend to work with all clients, but mostly I work with Active or retired Military. We were a military family for over 25 years and my husband still works at Nellis AFB.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My favorite transaction is the first time home buyer who can hardly wait to get into their new home and clean/paint or remodel. Seeing their face when I give them their keys is so rewarding!!!!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
At our last duty station; Okinawa, Japan I sold long distance and was self employed. Over the 6 years were lived there I signed up 16,000 clients. So when I got to the states the prices of long distance had dropped so much I had to find something else do to. I immediately thought about real estate and decided to take that route. Turned out to be the right decision as I am #17 in Las Vegas out of 13,000 realtors.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I myself have several degrees. In real estate I carry a CRS/ certified residential specialist, MRP/Military Relocation Professional, RRG/ Residential Risk Graduate, GRI/Graduate of Residential Institute, SFR/ Short sale foreclosure specialist, MCNE/ Expert in negotiations.
I have a very well rounded education and over 1050 closed transactions of experience to go along with that. You can trust I know the process and will look out for your best interest.
