We sold and purchased a house earlier this year and if it had not been for Marilyn's tenacity, constant communication with us, the other buyer's agent, and loan company the deal would have most assuredly fell through. However, because of Marilyn's diligence and hard work we were able to get our old house sold and the new house bought. She was very easy to work with, met a couple of times so we could see the house, and went above and beyond during the whole process.
