Let me preface this by saying: I am a first-time home buyer, and I am new to Traverse City. I'm a Michigan native, who moved back in late 2020 given the chance to work remotely. It was SO refreshing to work with another Michigander! Patty is also someone who is from Michigan but has experience living in other states, so she understood my taste having spent the last 10 years of my life in Los Angeles.
