ZillowVERIFIEDLonnetta was representing me as my buying agent, and provided perhaps the worst home buying experience imaginable. Lonnetta uses incredibly deceptive and misleading sales tactics. Lonnetta maintains business relationships with dishonest real estate investors and promotes these sellers to her clients. She personally introduced me to a seller with whom she claimed to have a long standing business relationship, and personally attested to the high quality work they perform. Only after things go wrong after the sale does she inform you that she has never actually sold a home for them before. The definition of misleading sales tactics. Learn from my mistake and do not do business with Lonnetta Cottrell.
