When we first began our home search, we contacted the listing Agents on the three home we were interested in looking at and Lonna was the first to get back to us. I was traveling a lot during this whole process and Lonna was very accomodating of my schedule when I wanted to view a property.The process of purchasing this home was a bit of an ordeal with numerous setbacks requiring several extensions and finally a Contingency. Lonna was very supportive and encouraging and went over and above what we expected of her. She was even at our closing to support me! My husband was unable to be there. I do not recall ever having our Realtor present at a closing before.
