Prepare your home for sale... remove clutter, paint, cut grass, clear counter tops, put away personal items, make minor repairs

Couple was looking for a home for 2 years. Buyer agent showed them 80 homes. My seller rehabbed a house. I had an Open House. Couple came to Open House and put in offer which is very rear. Offer accepted. Smooth settlement! Always a joy to deliver someone Dream Home!

Always had an interest. Took classes to get license
