I'm active duty military. I was stationed at Barksdale AFB in Bossier City/Shreveport. The military moved me to Ramstein AB, Germany mid-April 2022. I've sold multiple homes in the past in different states including North Dakota (Minot AFB) and Delaware (Dover AFB) and I can honestly say that Lola was by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She is very thorough which can be seen in her description on Zillow. This is why I initially chose her. Immediately upon viewing my home, she gave me honest feedback that she thought might help it sell faster. She also staged some items to make it look more inviting and homey. The result was close to 10 offers within the first 3 days of it being on the market. As far as communication, she is superb. I had to fight for information with my other agents but she ensured that I was kept in the loop every step along the way. Her experience was evident as she helped me through the negotiation process and gave excellent advice on what I should do next while working with a potential buyer. Overall, I would highly recommend Lola as I believe she is extremely dedicated to ensuring the needs of her clients are met as close to their expectations as possible.
