Logan is wonderful! My son contacted him his first year at Tech looking at houses. I told Logan, Ill contact you when I'm ready to buy. Fast forward a year and we were ready. We called Logan. I live in Houston and I could not be there in person. Logan took countless video tours for me for the houses I was interested in and he did many in person tours with my son and his roommate. Logan is hands down the best realtor in the state of Texas. He made the process of purchasing our first home an absolute breeze. He is available and responsive via call or text and handled all of our paperwork on his end electronically which is extremely convenient. He is very knowledgeable of the city and different neighborhoods around town. We visited a few homes prior to finding the one we purchased and he was there to tour the homes with us (even on weekends which I hated to ask of him). We came to an open house on a Sunday afternoon, toured, and talked to the owner for quite some time prior to leaving the residence. We stood outside and chatted with Logan for a few more minutes before deciding to make an offer. Logan drew up all of the contract documents that afternoon and we had an accepted offer early Tuesday. He negotiated all of the details and easily navigated us though the rather intimidating home buying process.
