His service was exceptional, he personally put in a lot of work and helped the house sell quickly. He helped arrange the work that needed to be done on the house, got multiple quotes for services and used his personal network to help ensure quality work was done at a good price, and he helped to coordinate and manage the work and personally followed up to ensure the work was done properly - things I could not do as a remote seller. Couldn't have done it without him. He even personally painted a closet that was missed by the painters to make sure the house was ready to list! His recommendations are good but he is not pushy and he lets you make the decisions. He is diligent and his follow through is excellent, which was also needed as a remote seller!
