Since then I have completed almost every aspect in real estate from flipping, renting, building, remodeling and just about everything else in between. I have spent half my career managing real estate sales offices and the other half in personal sales.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
The most important thing you can do is to find an agent that is honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and focused on you. Interview multiple agents and find the one that is the best fit for you. Once you find your agent everything else will become much easier.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
The same advice applies here as above, but also look for an agent that specializes in listings. There is a big difference between agents that work for buyers versus sellers. One is not better then the other but it is a different skill set.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Over my 27 years I have helped all types of clients, from first time home buyers, move up buyers, luxury homes, relocation clients, investors, you name it and I have probably helped them.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
When there are clear expectations and constant communication the home buying and selling process will go much smoother. My team has systems set up for all parts of the transaction so nothing is overlooked.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My first home I bought was a foreclosure. I bought it at 17 years old, spent the summer fixing it up and then selling it when I turned 18. From there I found my passion to help people with the American Dream.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Even though I have 27 years of experience in real estate, have held almost every position possible (agent, productivity coach, manager, owner), I still take my education seriously. I reinvest over $20,000 annually in my real estate and sales education. I also have a Bachelors Degree in Finance and MBA in Entrepreneurial Management.
