If you are looking for a top real estate agent, I recommend Liz Wilson. As a Disney World fan I wanted to be close to Disney World when we moved but really was not familiar with the area. I specified my price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, pool and interest in Championsgate. Liz selected 9 homes to view. She not only met our requirements but added requirements we didnt think about. For example, the southern sun exposure for maximum sun and homes where there is a view but limited neighbors in the back of the house. We finally selected a house. Liz was instrumental in helping us select people to service our house. She recommended different insurance companies and strategies to get the best coverage.
