ZillowVERIFIEDLiz has a great knowledge of the area and advised an very accuate list price. She put in the extra effort to market the home properly. She went above a beyond compared to other realtors I have dealt with in the past, even holding 4 open houses. She highly suggested in the beginning to stage the home for a couple of thousand and I decided against it. Later, I decided to go ahead and take her advise and boom, the home sold within a week of being staged above list price. I should have listened to her advise from the get go.
