Marketing your home is the #1 things agents should do but they lack the technology. We have a full-time marketing director that manages your property and displays your home on 100's of website to help attract more interest on your home. This is what we do on all our listings! Lets face it all real estate agents are not created equal, take a look for yourself on zillow or realtor.com on home some homes are poorly marketed; i.e. dark pictures, agent in the mirror pictures, upside down pictures and the list goes on. Today we have savvy internet buyers, proper marketing can result in a sale right on line.

We have worked with all types of clients from selling there land all the way to multi-million dollar homes. Our focus is Marketing and getting top dollar for there property. Most of our listings sell in under 30 days and we see them through closing by informing our clients every step of the way. Communication is the key to establishing a good working relationship with clients.

Most recently was able to sell and elderly ladies home, within 1 week at full price and she moved in to an assisted living facility.

Back in 2002, coming from NJ with an extensive corporate group travel background, decided to pursue real estate. First year sold 26 homes and was rookie of the year.

Yes I believe in educating all my clients on market trends, entire selling or buying process to include pitfalls of real estate. Real Estate is someones most valuable possession and should be treated as such.
