Hello, Tucson! I'm not your average Realtor. I'm not much of a salesperson, and I'm not numbers-driven. I'm passion-driven. (I don't even know how much money I make until I pay my taxes.) With that being said, I sell over 50 houses a year. I find that my success comes from being who I am. My business has merely become an extension of my personal life. I'm happy. I'm honest. I'm determined. I am a people pleaser. I sleep uneasy if my clients or their sale faces a challenge. I build lifelong relationships and I cherish those who have chosen me to represent them in one of the most important financial matters of their lives. We are so happy that our friends recommended Liz Nguyen to assist with the sale of my in-law's Tucson condo when we unexpectedly had to place him in assisted living. When we first reached out to Liz, we weren't sure what we wanted to do with the condo. Liz was extremely helpful in providing all the information we needed to help guide our decision and gave us the time we needed to figure out what was best for us. Liz was a god-send when we decided to sell. She managed everything that she could for us including helping us get the condo ready to sell and dealing with both the HoA and insurance issues.
