Erica worked so hard for our family in a very tough market for buyers. She drove to at least 20 homes and have her honest opinions instead of trying to sell us a house that wouldn't be best for our family. While looking a multiple houses Erika was able to look through the house and find things that would need fixed. She was realistic on what the house would sell for and what I would have to do to be competitive in purchasing the house. She is extremely knowledgeable on houses and what things need to be checked prior to purchasing a house. Erika was flexible throughout the entire process which made looking for a house so much easier.
