About Liz Holterhaus

I have been in the real estate business on the Outer Banks of North Carolina for over 25 years. I spent a number of years working for two local law firms as a Real Estate Paralegal prior to going into property management and eventually sales. The knowledge and experience that I gained during my years as a paralegal have proven over and over again to be invaluable in my sales career. This knowledge and experience allow me to provide a superior level of service that is not found in everyone. As a full-service Outer Banks real estate professional, I work with buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions spanning all price ranges and property types. I have called the Outer Banks home since 1986 after relocating from Northern Virginia.
