Liz has sold two homes for us. The first home was after we experienced a horrible agent that we decided to let go. Liz was recommended by a friend. We had been through such a dishonest and distressing experience, that the difference was night and day. Liz demonstrated outstanding professionalism and integrity. She had a plan and communicated honestly and frequently. It was such a relief to feel we were in good hands now. Liz sold the house in a couple of months. That was early in 2020. Liz helped us purchase a property in Tipton Indiana. This was thorough, helpful, and professional. She was very good at pointing out things that I might?ve otherwise overlooked. I recommend Liz to anyone seeking to purchase a home in Carmel, Westfield, or Hamilton County. Liz had previously assisted us with a purchase in Carmel and we found a perfect property right on the Monon Trail. We had some very specific requirements in terms of size, proximity, and parking. She knows the area really well and did a great job. Liz is also super at the closing. She?s very familiar with the transfer regulations and minutia that company finishing the transaction. That provides a lot of comfort down to the wire.
