For example, she took a night call before our offer to explain each point of the Purchase Agreement and what would happen during escrow. When looking for inspectors and insurance, she also had great recommendations for local businesses without pressuring us to use them. She is very responsive, which is important to me. She responds quickly to emails and actually answers the phone! She would send me listings and I would make a list of those that I wanted to see. She would immediately set up a schedule for me to see them. She also has a good knowledge of Ventura county and was able to answer all of my questions aEUR" if not right away, she would find the answer and get back to me ASAP. She is also very patient.
