I told her that I was finally ready to put Mom's house on the market. After a brief discussion over the phone we set an appointment to go deeper into the situation. Rebecca showed up with all kinds of information about the market and even had ideas about what could and should be done to market the place. Rebecca made the entire process seem effortless. She educated me on the current market, suggested several improvements, recommended sources to do work, and then priced the house attractively. She also had the CB Group clean and "Stage" the property to give it a non-bare aura that really set off the empty property. We felt very fortunate to have been able to list, show and accept an offer over a three day period, something I would never have believed had it not actually happened. After the offer, Rebecca and Christina made the rest of the process a simple matter for me to handle, keeping me cool and collected no matter what was happening, i.e., inspections, repairs, etc. I would most definitely recommend the CB Group and Rebecca Bowman to anyone looking to sell and for prospective buyers looking for an agent.
