Ryan took plenty of time going over the property with me and we set it at a fair price that he knew it would sell for. He also worked to clean the property and stage it for the photos which turned out magnificent!! You really need to work with him. He is incredibly skilled and would be an asset to you for either buying or selling a property. Edit: He has now helped with our purchase of our new home and his knowledge and professionalism where again on display. More than just knowledge though he is EXCELLENT with his ability to connect on a personal level with his clients. He really cares and works to take care of you and your mental health as this is never a smooth as silk process. I felt expertly taken care of every step of the way.
