Lisa was a dream to work with. My husband and I were looking for our first home together, and from the start Lisa was patient, honest, and put no pressure on us to make any decisions or offer on any house. Lisa wanted to ensure it was the right house, and kept saying we can look at as many as we want. When we finally found THE house, she warned me (first time buyer) that the process was going to be long, hard, and stressful at times, but it would be worth it. She was right, but throughout the process Lisa was extremely responsive, always willing to go to the house on a whim if needed, provided the necessary contacts for inspections, contracting bids, information on the neighborhood etc. and again, always gave us the option to walk away and find a different house if we changed our minds (which is so refreshing to not have pressure with such a big purchase). She got us the house at the price we were comfortable with and helped us strategize to get us there. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking in the Tahoe area. Thank you Lisa!

Lisa guided us through a Bank-Owned/REO foreclosure:Pros: Fantastic price and no haggles/quibbles with the bank.Cons: Banks move VERY slowly and become a black hole leading up to close. Expect zero customer service from the bank or from the title company the bank chooses.Lisa has vast experience with foreclosures. She knows Tahoe and can get her end done quickly. However, 99% of the aEURoetime" is waiting for the bank or title company. Lisa kept me informed via text (short & crisp communications which I prefer). We also signed docs via internet (I'm 3 hours away from Tahoe). Therefore, if I do another foreclosure in the Tahoe area, I will DEFINITELY use Lisa.
