1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
It does not have to be hard. When working with the Right Realtor, they can help guide you, be available to show homes at all times, and give you Expert Knowledge on how to write the most competitive offer, when in multiple offer situations, along with letting you know what to do Each step of the way so you really don't have many questions: It's all handled with and for you upfront. Buying should be a very gratifying process. After all, this is going to be your New Home!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
If you have to sell in order to buy, timing is everything. Having an experienced Realtor by your side makes it all Seamless! This is so important. Also, do not hire just anyone. I base my business on what I would want if I were in a sellers shoes. Expect the Best! Professional photos, drone photos, Live videos, an amazing detailed description & Free Staging if needed. After all, we need to attract the buyers. The more showings you have the better odds of selling fast and for a higher price! These are my specialty. Tidy up, minimize and let me take over!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First time homebuyers, Veterans/Military, teachers, nurses, doctors. All homebuyers. First time sellers. Sellers that need to sell in order to purchase. Full spectrum transactions from $25,000 homes to $2 mil dollar homes.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
SELLING: Someone on here, actually, turned down a $25k mobile home because the pay is small which led the seller to believe they could not even use an agent. The seller had it on a for sale by owner website for months and was having difficulty selling it. I told the seller I absolutely can sell it! Let me take over. Within a week we lightly staged it, I hired a professional photographer to do photos, drone photos and a Live Video walkthrough as I do on ALL Seller homes. I received So many calls on this home. I ended up selling it with only 4 days on market. Seller was ecstatic. I helped the seller's life be easier. No longer do they have to pay Lot fees for a mobile home and sit with a home that isn't selling. When I take it over I guarantee it will sell, because this is my expertise.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I used to be a Mortgage Loan Officer for 10+ years and now a Realtor for over 10 yrs. I started in Real Estate in 1998 as a Mortgage Loan Officer. I have always been fascinated with Real Estate and still find it to be the best, most sound investment for all. I bought my first rental property at age 19 from a sheriff sale. I am very knowledgeable about everything real estate. From buying, selling, investing, titlework, point of sale inspections, all inspections, appraisals, etc. which really helps behind the scenes more then clients will ever know.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
-Experience. Over 20 yrs experience myself in mortgage lending and being a realtor.
