ZillowVERIFIEDWe just used Julia for new home purchase in Angel Fire and she was amazing. Julia kept this whole deal together as interest rates starting increasing and my lender was being difficult. There was multiple times the seller almost walked away, but Julia was calm cool and collected and kept the deal together making everyone happy. It was great to have her during this loan, as many obstacles ordered with my lender during these crazy times. We needed a survey on the file and everyone I called was 4 weeks out. Julia made 1 phone call and was able to have someone over that day. Amazing. As the appraisal people were dragging their feet, Julia was able to stay on them and make sure they showed up. She even went out to the property numerous times to check on them. Again just amazing. She was very helpful on the types of insurance we needed, ect, I am just so glad we had her on our side.
