Lisa was fantastic to work with. I had to sell my aunt and uncles house in Santa Fe after they passed away, while I live in Wyoming. She helped with organizing the contractors to get things done, to facilitating the inspections, and also recommending the estate sale company. She was there for any questions I had, any time something came up she was right there to help walk me through it all. She definitely went above and beyond with helping me get through this process.

If you are buying or selling in Eldorado, NM, start by calling Lisa and then relax. Shes professional, friendly, no nonsense, and LISTENS!!! We had to do a short notice sell and complicated cross-country move and managed to thread all the needles with Lisas help because she paid attention to what we said we needed and made it all happen, starting with her stepping in on the heels of a different agent who overpriced and listed our home without our permission, then cost us precious days when he (no kidding) denied the listing we were looking at in real time even existed and refused to accept our termination letter and pull our listing down. Lisa knows the area and the properties. She gave us a clear check-list of things to help us get organized, and nailed a comps price that got us what we needed not just in terms of $$$ but with speed as a priority. Her goal was to sell our home to meet our familys needs, not to crank up the price for personal gain. We listed properly and started showing within a week of hiring her and were under contract at a comfortable sale price a week after that. With my wife and 6th grade daughter going forward halfway across the country to start a new job and school while finding a new home to buy and me remaining behind to list, sell, pack, and hit the road with two cats and a dog, we were able to close on sale and purchase seamlessly within a month.
